We rented a boat for our wedding. The boat worked out great and it was a beautiful day. The boat company hired a bartender, who was fantastic. The boat captain was also great. There was a kind of a first mate sort of guy, who was MOSTLY nice and great, but when he was getting the boat ready to dock at the end, he started cussing out my little nephew in French. That part was odd. Other than that, it was a great experience.

A week ago, we rented the Henri IV river boat; the pilots are very friendly. We were told we could only board the boat at 5:30 pm, so we were a little worried about having only 30 minutes to set up. But when the captain saw our group, he let us in at 5 pm. Very kind — we had an hour to prepare and it was a successful party / celebration. We are very satisfied. We would do it again; a thousand thanks to all the staff of the Henri IV.

We had an amazing experience with Canauxrama. Right from the start this company was so helpful. We hired the boat - Le Gavroche for a family function. Amelie was the person we were dealing with and she was so prompt with her responses and helped us organise the function from abroad. Everything was seamless and nothing was too much trouble. On the day we were greeted by someone from the company prior to boarding. On the boat, Guillaume and Marc the captain were lovely and professional. The food we ordered was delicious - way exceeded my expectations. Freddy and Alexis were the catering staff and they were great - attended to all our needs. The cruise on the Seine was lovely (despite the heat) and everyone really enjoyed their time. I now wish it was longer. Thank you Canauxrama for organising such a great day.
